Refund policy

You are allowed to open the shipment to check it. If the product is suitable, the customer can accept it. If it is not suitable, it can be returned with the courier, with only the shipping costs to be paid.
You can also request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days of receiving it ( It costs additional shipping fees same as Delivery fees ).
In case of refund requests, A courier comes pick up the product , then after 1 to 5 working days we will refund the money on any bank account you want.

In case of any defect in the product, the customer will not pay the shipping fees

.يُسمح لك بفتح الشحنة للتحقق منها. إذا كان المنتج مناسبًا، يمكن للعميل قبوله. إذا لم يكن مناسبًا، يمكن إرجاعه مع شركة الشحن، مع دفع تكاليف الشحن فقط.
يمكنك أيضًا طلب استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من استلامه (يُضاف رسوم شحن إضافية مثل رسوم التوصيل).
في حالة الأسترجاع للمنتج , يآتي المندوب لإستلام الاوردر , ثم يتم مراجعه المنتج و تحويل المبلغ علي اي حساب بنكي خلال 1-5 أيام عمل من تسليم المرتجع للمندوب

في حال وجود أي عيب في المنتج، لن يدفع العميل رسوم الشحن.
